Frequently asked questions

Why do many products say «Price on request»?

The price of iron, steel and aluminium changes every week and we prefer to always give you a tight, up-to-date price. Add the products to the quotation basket or call us and we will send you a free, no-obligation quotation.

How can I request a quotation?

Add the products you are interested in to the quotation basket and send it with your details, or write to [email protected] or call +34 938 371 190. A quotation does not commit you to anything until you accept it.

Do you cut material to size?

Yes. You can order beams, tubes, solid bars and sheets cut to size. Please note that material cut or made to measure cannot be returned.

How can I pay?

Online shop purchases are paid by credit or debit card through Banco Sabadell's secure payment gateway (Redsys). For orders based on a quotation, the payment method is stated in the quotation.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Spain and Portugal. For other countries, please contact us. There are no dispatches or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Can I return an order?

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the material to withdraw from the purchase, except for material that has been cut, machined, welded or made to measure. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, free of charge, as long as the material has not left our warehouse and we have not started cutting or manufacturing it. If you had already paid, we refund the amount within 14 days.

Where are you and how can I contact you?

We are at Plaça de l'Illa, 12-15, Illa Sud industrial estate, 08650 Sallent (Barcelona, Spain). Phone +34 938 371 190 (7:00 to 15:00) and email [email protected].
