Quotations

A quotation does not commit you to anything until you accept it. If you do not accept it, you do not need to tell us.

Before the order leaves

You can cancel the order free of charge as long as the material has not left our warehouse and we have not started cutting or manufacturing it. If you had already paid, we will refund the full amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method.

Material cut or made to measure

Once we have started cutting, machining, welding or manufacturing the material to your sizes, the order can no longer be cancelled, because the material is made for you and cannot be sold to anyone else.

If the order has already left

If the material is already on its way or you have received it, the cancellation is treated as a return:

• Private customers: you have the 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from receipt, under the conditions and exceptions of the returns policy.
• Companies and professionals: delivery and return costs are paid by you.

How to cancel an order

Write to [email protected] or call us on +34 938 371 190 (7:00 to 15:00) giving the order or quotation number. We will confirm the cancellation in writing.
