Returns policy

We want you to be happy with your material. This is when and how you can return an order.

Right of withdrawal (private customers)

If you are a consumer and bought at a distance (on the website, by phone or by email), you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the material to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason (articles 102 to 108 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

What cannot be returned

  • Material that has been cut, machined, welded or made to measure or to your specifications: for example, beams cut to size, pieces of tube, solid bar or sheet, or columns with cross arms. The law excludes these products from the right of withdrawal because they are made for you.
  • Material that has been handled, assembled, welded or painted after delivery.

How to do it

  • Let us know before sending anything, by email to [email protected] or by phone on +34 938 371 190, giving the order or invoice number and the material you want to return. You can use the model form at the end, but it is not compulsory.
  • We will tell you how to return it: bringing the material to our warehouse in Sallent or sending it.
  • The material must come back in the same condition in which you received it, unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. If the material loses value because it has been handled more than necessary to check it, you will be liable for it.

Return costs

The cost of returning the material is paid by you, unless it is faulty or does not match the order. Beams, tubes and sheets cannot be returned by ordinary post: the cost depends on the weight and size, and we can give you an estimate beforehand.

Refunds

We will refund the amount paid, including the initial delivery costs (standard delivery), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you tell us about your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we have received the material or you have sent us proof that you have sent it.

We will also refund any amount charged to you by mistake.

Companies and professionals

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. If you are a company or a professional, we may accept the return of standard material, uncut, unhandled and in perfect condition, by prior agreement. In that case, transport is paid by you.

Faulty or wrong material

Check the material when you receive it. If it arrives damaged, if something is missing or if it does not match the order, write it on the carrier's delivery note and let us know as soon as possible: we will put it right at no cost to you. If you are a consumer, you also have the 3-year legal guarantee for any lack of conformity (articles 114 onwards of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
