These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of products made by PROJECTES I DISSENY INCAFE, SLU (Incafe 2000) in Spain, including the Canary and Balearic Islands.
Every order placed with Incafe 2000 implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale in force on the date of the order. The customer acknowledges that these conditions apply to the order they refer to and to subsequent orders, unless Incafe 2000 notifies new conditions. The fact that Incafe 2000 does not apply any of these conditions at a given time does not mean that it waives it.
Applicable law and jurisdiction. The interpretation and performance of these conditions, and all acts arising from them, are governed by Spanish law, except where mandatory public-order provisions state otherwise.
