What they are
Steel columns with short profile arms, the cross arms, welded at each slab level. When the concrete is poured, the arms are cast into the slab and tie the column to it.
We make them to measure in our workshop in Sallent (Barcelona): cutting, welding the arms, the base plate and the top plate, ready to install.
Which column do you need
- Interior, 4 arms. Slab on all four sides.
- Façade, 3 arms. Column on the slab edge, arms pointing inwards.
- Corner, 2 arms at 90°. Column at the corner of the slab.
- In line, 2 opposite arms. The slab continues in one direction only.
