1. Products will be delivered to the person and address given in the order.
2. There are no dispatches or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
3. A delay in delivery does not entail cancellation of the order or any compensation.
4. An order is considered delivered when the carrier hands over the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery note. The customer must check the condition of the goods on receipt and note any problem on the delivery note.
