Fire doors are designed to be placed in areas where there is a risk of fire, preventing the spread of fire from one side to the other.
They are homologated according to the Technical Building Code (EI260 C5) and have been tested in accredited laboratories according to the standard UNE EN 1634-1.
The frame is made of galvanized sheet steel of thickness 1 - 5 mm, and it has 6 staples for the union in work. Around the whole frame there is an intumescent seal of high dilation.
The door leaf is composed of two trays of galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 0,6 mm and inside it a rigid panel of rock wool with a thickness of 55 mm (160 kg / m²).
Between the hinges there is a safety pivot to avoid that the door can be removed or deformed by the heat. Are made of galvanized steel according to UNE EN 1935.
The handle is metal lined in black polyamide and the bombin complies with the UNE EN 12209 standard.
